		<description>Of course, at the time, we all went &quot;that&#039;s not right.&quot; but shrugged our shoulders. Cynicism kicked in big time. And, we pay for that more or less. It was never plausible, but it happened nonetheless. Therein lay the great problem. We seem to be laying that track all around us.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Was it plausible that New Orleans could be drowned in water due to our lack of preparation and production of a proper levee? We could have stopped it. But, we didn&#039;t. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Perhaps we&#039;ve lost our ability to implement and work with real vision.</description>
